No. You can access care through Alpha Omega Physio without an Evolve gym membership. Although, while working with your physiotherapist, you will be able to utilize any relevant equipment in the gym.
Upon arrival, you can enter the Evolve gym through the front doors where you will be greeted by the Evolve reception staff. From there, you will turn left and take a short walk to a comfortable waiting room where you can relax prior to your physiotherapist coming to greet you. The Evolve receiption staff will be able to direct you if you have any questions or are unsure.

No. You can access physiotherapy at Alpha Omega Physiotherapy without seeing your doctor first. If we need to include more of your healthcare team in your recovery, your physiotherapist will make it happen.
You will be one-on-one with your physiotherapist for:
Assessments - 60 minutes
Treatments - 30-60 minutes [depending on booking selection]
No, AHS does not cover assessments/treatments at Alpha Omega Physio. Some individuals such as those matching eligibility for low-income support can qualify for AHS funded physiotherapy at other select clinics. More information can be found at this link: AHS Funded Rehabilitation
No, at this time we do not handle WCB claims for physiotherapy services
We currently do not offer direct billing. However, following your appointment, you will be sent an emailed receipt with all of the information required to submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
