During treatment sessions, you will have access to all gym equipment required to properly assess and treat your concerns:

  - 40m of turf for running, sprinting, & sport assessments
  - Free weights and machines for assessment and exercise prescription
  - Dynamic training: box jumps, medicine ball exercise
  - Cardio equipment (treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, etc.)
