JEFF VELA DPT, MScPT, BKin
Physiotherapist
Physiotherapist
Jeff takes a whole-body approach to assessment and treatment. Focusing not only on the injury of concern, but also any other contributing/root-cause factors. Treatment then looks like an individually tailored therapeutic exercise-program, with ample education to make sure patients are informed decision-makers in their rehabilitation.
As a former multisport athlete with the University of Alberta, Jeff brings a unique perspective to his treatments - combining his sporting and clinical experience with a passion for helping youth and adult populations. In addition to one-on-one education and exercise prescription, Jeff also offers concussion rehabilitation and vestibular [vertigo] treatment. He looks forward to supporting you and your family through any injuries that may arise.
